These registration terms and conditions apply to all training courses, workshops, and educational programs offered by Spark Academy, part of Spark Group B.V.
Spark Academy is a trade name of Spark Group B.V.
Spark Academy provides training in AI, Agile, Scrum, Product, and team development. The training courses are delivered by trainers who work for or are affiliated with Spark Academy. All trainers act on behalf of Spark Academy.
These registration terms and conditions apply to all requests, quotes, registrations, and agreements for Spark Academy training courses, regardless of whether the registration takes place via the website, via Springest, or by email.
For registrations made via Springest, in case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and Springest's terms and conditions, Springest's terms and conditions shall apply.

Registrations via the website often proceed through a quote request. An agreement is formed once Spark Academy confirms the registration or quote in writing via email.
After registration, the participant will always receive a formal confirmation by email. Spark Academy will make personal contact if necessary to coordinate the request.
All stated prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
The price includes training materials and the execution of the training.
Invoicing takes place afterwards, unless otherwise agreed.
The standard payment term is 14 days after the invoice date.
Payment by a third party, such as an employer or HR department, is permitted. The participant remains responsible for correct and timely payment.
In case of non-payment, Spark Academy will first make personal contact. If payment still remains outstanding thereafter, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 working days prior to the training.
For cancellations within 2 working days before the start of the training, 20 percent of the total amount will be charged. This percentage is standard within the training market and covers preparation and planning costs.
In case of a no-show without prior notification, 20 percent of the total amount will also be charged.
It is permitted for a participant to be replaced by a colleague, provided this is communicated in advance.
Rescheduling to another training date is possible free of charge, provided it is coordinated with Spark Academy in a timely manner.
Spark Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training in case of:

This does not detract from the quality or purpose of the training and does not entitle participants to a refund.
All training courses are offered on a best-effort basis. Spark Academy does not guarantee specific results or certifications, even for courses that prepare for external exams.
All training material remains the property of Spark Academy.
Participants may use the material for their own work.
Sharing with colleagues is only permitted if explicitly agreed upon by the trainer.
Public distribution or commercial use is not permitted.
Complaints can be reported via Spark Academy's general email address.
Each complaint will be handled carefully and personally in consultation with the submitter.
Spark Academy's liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant training.
Spark Academy is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, business damage, or loss of data.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Utrecht.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Spark Academy's privacy policy, which can be found on the website.
